Tech Generation: The Digital Talent Program
Starting in November 2025, the Afro-Canadian Community Cultural Centre of New Brunswick (CCCAC-NB) will launch the Generation Tech Program, designed for youth aged 12 to 17 who are passionate about new technologies.
Focused on active learning, creativity, and innovation, this immersive program will allow participants to explore computer science and artificial intelligence in a fun, ethical, and supervised environment.
They will be introduced to programming, coding, networks and systems, cybersecurity, as well as artificial intelligence. They will also explore the basics of digital entrepreneurship and future opportunities in the technology sector.
The program will also include recreational and fun activities to ensure a healthy balance between learning and relaxation. Limited to 20 participants per session, this is a unique opportunity to develop essential digital skills while enjoying a safe and engaging environment.
- Schedule: Sessions will take place from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Cost: The fee is $100 per week, with a 20% discount starting from the second child.
- Registration deadline: October 25, 2025, at midnight
