This strategic plan outlines its priorities for the coming years and aims to foster a more inclusive and dynamic society.

Strategic Priorities & Initiatives
AIAC-NB’s strategy aligns with the New Brunswick Acadian and Francophone Community Strategic Plan (2022-2028). It is structured around three key themes:
Engagement & Strengthening Community Bonds
Objective: Develop strong partnerships with Afro-descendant, Acadian, and Francophone organizations.
Key Initiatives:
- Organizing annual intercultural events.
- Strengthening collaborations with Acadian and Francophone communities.
- Recognizing and promoting Afro-descendant leadership through awards and honors.
- Developing writing workshops for young Afro-descendants.
- Creating initiatives for cultural and artistic mediation in partnership with Acadian and Francophone organizations.

Impact & Goals: Establish AIAC-NB as a key player in intercultural dialogue and community inclusion.
